PAED PREFERRED REVIEW:

My Baby Bunting experience has been confined to the Camperdown (Sydney) store, which has opened in the last 12 months on Pyrmont Bridge Rd.

 

Unfortunately my experience there has always been very frustrating. Staff knowledge has generally been disappointingly poor, often providing incorrect information, or just saying “I don’t know” and not being willing to follow through to find out.

 

Admittedly, my first experience was on their opening weekend, and I was willing to cut the staff some slack, but on a number of visits since over the last number of months, nothing has changed, and I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

 

The store is physically smaller than many other baby retailers, and so product range is not complete, and on a couple of occasions, I was directed to another store. Parking is easy.

 

The capsule/baby seat-fitting service provided through the store is excellent, and is provided by an outside operator, who comes across as being safe, sensible, and with excellent knowledge.
